Can I use Bright Poll without paying?

Yes! You’re welcome to use the free level of Bright Poll for as long as you like. Monthly limits will apply for your organization.

How do monthly vote limits work with individual and organization plans?

Monthly vote limits apply to the calendar month and reset on the 1st of each month.

For organization plans, the votes will be totaled for all polls posted throughout the Microsoft Teams Tenant Organization.

For individual plans, the votes are totals for the polls created by that individual. Polls created by others in the Microsoft Teams Tenant Organization will be counted toward that individuals plan if they have one or toward the organization’s limit.

How do change my plan or request a higher monthly vote limit?

What if none of the Premium options fit my needs?

How do I update my credit card information?
