When you post a poll, Bright Poll will display to you (and only you) Creator Controls within the poll results message. There will be a button to Download Results in the Creator Controls.

Click “Download Results”.

A message will appear letting you know that Bright Poll has sent you a private message with a link to the Excel file.

Navigate to the chat with Bright Poll.

You will be prompted to give Bright Poll permission to add the file to your OneDrive. Press “Yes” if you’d like to receive the file.

The file will appear in the chat. You may then open it in Excel within Teams or download it.

Please note that due to how Teams displays Excel files you may need to scroll up and left to see the entire sheet.
